P90X: Work or Scam
P90X is a 13-week program that seems promising, but is it just another skittish proposition? With all the options on the market, you have to be careful what money you invest into something. If you are willing to work hard and put time into your results this is the right program for you. If you are looking for an over-night quick fix, you might want to look into going to a nutrition store and ask for some diet pills. This program works while you are working out you do about 12-15 reps a day should be about good.
Twelve exercise videos to explain everything from every aspect. From personal experience and after reading the reviews this program is worth a shot, but the website does not give you insight on what foods to stay away from nor does the beginning guide influence me. The 13-week program will not let you down unless you start slacking down on how much you do. Stay focused and you will be happy with the results! P90X, along with the Insanity Workout Program is the way to go!
