Why is Running So Difficult?

Every morning on your drive to work you probably at some point drive by people running in local parks, around bayous, or along beautiful running trails. They make it look so effortless and easy as the wind blows through their hair. But the truth for the rest of the world is that running is not easy, especially if you intend on doing it for more than a minute.  But why is running so difficult? Okay it could be a number of different reasons, but we will start with diet. You have to have the right stuff in your body for you to keep you stamina. You need enough protein, and not a lot of sugars. Diets like the Medifast diet plan give you exactly what you need for a good run. You also need ro be running on a consistent and regular basis for it to eventually become easy. There are people the run every day, but if they miss a day it’s almost as if they had never run before the next time they get on a track.

You also have to consider whether or not your body was built for running. Many people suffer from bad knees and bad feet and simply can’t run long distances.  The good new for them though is that there are great eliptical machines that take the pain out of running. Bottom line, if you ever wanting running to be easy, do it everyday and eat a good diet or start a meal replacement program
